Rorke Data provides a comprehensive support plan for all equipment that is available for resale to our Authorized Resellers. We are "Pro Service" for swap-out warranties, extended warranties, depot repair, onsite repair, or service contracts that cover your customer up to 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The "Pro Service" program is designed to take the hassle out of sales support. It allows our Resellers to offer additional service options that cover a broad range of products from stand-alone drives to complex RAID or server systems. This can be a significant value-added service that differentiates you from the competition and clinches the sale.

Rorke Data's integration services are designed to augment the customer's technical and engineering staff and provide services according to agreed upon integration programs. These engagements are tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer request and help ensure successful installation of the customer's systems and applications.
Rorke Data's facilities are ESD controlled with strict adherence to integration policies. Our facilities can handle small and large jobs with over 15,000 square feet of working space. Secured warehouse areas with bonded inventory personnel provide the highest equipment integrity.
In addition to system integration services, Rorke Data offers detailed professional network documentation, troubleshooting procedures, established network and equipment support processes, change order processes for the ongoing expansion of the integration program, and support personnel training.

Network assessment service is the essential framework upon which any server and storage solution must be constructed. Assessment service provides the opportunity to clearly define the success and performance criteria for delivering information to the workstation and to your clients.
Rorke Data's goal during the assessment process is to provide network information, recommendations and services that are necessary in the preparation of the installation of servers, storage subsystems, and applications. To successfully complete the process of planning, implementing and monitoring, the project requires an execution of several key network specific tasks. The type and frequency of these tasks and events will be determined during the Network Assessment phase and mutually agreed upon by Rorke Data and the customer.
Rorke Data's engineers will assist in defining a one- to three-year plan that will complement and support network resource delivery and the organization's business mission. Rorke Data can address every aspect of a network strategy: physical and logical design, organization, financial planning, and ongoing support.
